Windows 10: CTRL + U short cut doesn't work across my Windows 11 device.

I noticed some time ago that my Windows 11 laptop stopped working with the shortcut CTRL + U for underlining text when using Chrome. At first, I thought it was only affecting a specific website, but I have realised that it's an issue across the whole of Windows. The shortcut doesn’t work anywhere, while CTRL + B and CTRL + I still function properly.I haven’t installed any new apps or programmes for a long time, so there’s no installation that could have caused this problem. The only additions to my system recently are two games I installed via Steam.I’ve checked my settings and cannot find any

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Keyboard Short Cuts like Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V not working in Windows 10

After i upgraded to windows 10 version 1709, My Keyboard Short Cuts like Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V are not working, But Ctrl+A is working.

I tried uninstalling the keyboard drivers and ran few commands as well, still i am not able to solve this issue.

I am using HP Pavilion E017TX laptop, I even downloaded the keyboard drivers from the hp website, but still it did not resolve the problem.

I think it is the windows issue. Please give a solution for this.

Dropped short cut

Once again I find myself looking for a long used short cut. Apparently Windows 10 and Bing do not like Yahoo. I downloaded 10 and was comfortable navigating around. The next day, I logged on and Yahoo was among the missing. Easy to go to Windows Edge
and then to Yahoo, but the program will not right click to a drop down and choices of creating a short cut on the desk top. I tried Mr. Smithers fix to get Google Earth back, but yahoo is not listed in the "Apps' section. Any suggestions. Thank you in advance.
