Windows 10: Cumulative for Windows 10 update 2019-11 for x64-based Systems will not install; error code...

I have tried installing 2019-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4524570) I keep on getting Error 0x80070570. Called and spoke with tech support and no luck. The fellow couldn't even tell me what the error message 0x80070570 was. If I can not install KB4524570, it would appear that that I will not be able to install the 19H2 Win update. I do not know what to do and really would appreciate any advice I can get.

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

Error 0x80070781 when installing 2019-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 (KB4524570)

Windows Update fails to install the 2019-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4524570) on my computer. The installation reaches the 100% stage but afterwards, Windows Update displays Error 0x80070781. I have tried many
times to install the update, without success.

According to some posts, this error code would be related to the Windows Store, but I do not see how. And I do not use the Windows Store anyway.

I need some help with this. Thanks.
