    Cumulative update 1803 for Windows 10 freezes during restart


    I just did a clean install into Windows 10 home, applied all the latest updates and then installed my gpu’s latest driver from nvidia. I used the system all day after that playing all my games without any problem, however when i checked for an update there was a cumulative update (1803) to do and required a restart to install. During the update it got to 30% and froze up. I started automatic repair and restored to a previous version to fix for now. Is this a problem with the driver I installed? What steps can I take to isolate the issue with Windows 10 Update freezing?

    Microsoft Rolls Out Windows 10 April 2018 Update (build 1803)

    Any Office365 users here? Does Outlook (or any Office app for that matter) request activation after each system restart post this Windows 1803 update?

    Before I did a clean install of Windows, I updated Windows 10 to the latest patch with the Cumulative Updates with the Malicious Removal and etc, ran Unigine and I was in the middle of the benchmark (50%) and it restarted.

    Just now, I finished my Windows 10 clean install and ran the Unigine again and it ran 75% and it restarted.

    So, PSU issue?

    Some people have problems with edge, others with ie, chrome, and other apps. Hangs freezes, crashes. Microsoft says they will fix this crap on May 8th
