Windows 10: Cumulative Update again for WIndows 10?

Hi All

Opened WIndows update today to check something, and it found KB3172985 and one Defender definitons update, but I installed the KB one on Tuesday, and restarted then, it was in successfully so why a second time?, says NO restart this time, and successfully installed

Today the problem happened again after I installed a cumulative windows update. Please help! I remember that when this first happened a month ago, it was after a cumulative update too.

 

KB 3135173 fails every day...

Yet again the Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64 systems (KB 3135173) failed to install, just like the previous cumulative updates KB 3124262 and KB 3124263.

 

I've seen this before I think. Not specifically with this KB but it happened many months ago. The update came through again but installed in seconds. I think it's a minor glitch and you can ignore it happened. Just restart your system to make sure everything is good. Do a manual check for updates, hopefully it won't happen again and just report your up to date

 

Yes did that, restarted, manually checked for updates again, and stated was all up to date that time
