Did You run "problem solving" into the internet and sharing center?

 

Yeah, Gas, thanks. The troubleshooter reports "No problems found".

Reading through the "Network & Sharing" posts on this forum, lots of people are having this problem.
I tried one suggestion from there, running Code: net view[/quote] in a command prompt, and all my computers showed up!
I then opened File Explorer in "Network", and I can see and access all my machines again, so I'm back up and running.

I still think there is something buggy in networking in the latest Windows 10 upgrade, we will see how it goes.

It is 10.0.10586.11 for the lates updated OS win10. I picked up and additional 4GB of free space so, since 10586.3 I have picked (gotten rid of trash files and whatever) 11GB of free space I guess. Thanks MS.

I have 3 PC's here updated to 10586.11 no probs., twice on this dual booter with a 7x64 > Win 10 upgrade licence and 10586.3 Insider on the same NTFS hdd

 

My computer updates get stuck at KB3106932 which is a few weeks old. Anyone know how to fix this?

 

Hi go to settings,
Updates,
Click advanced opinions
Click view update history
Click and you will see Uninstall updates
Click on that and hopefully that update will appear in there.

Never had to do it myself as all updates have gone in ok so don't know how far back they go
If not you could try and google how to uninstall that certain update.

You WON'T see KB3106932 in Uninstall Updates window.
That window ONLY lists updates that are successfully installed.

We can't really hide it. So just ignore the fact it has failed to install and move on.

 

Interesting, after the Threshold 2 update About Windows displayed a copyright of 2016. After this update it's back to 2015. Back to the future I guess.

 

Yes, Before the last culmulative update, winver shows 10586.3 and copyright is 2016.
After the update, winver shows 10586.11 and copyright is 2015.

Dave,[/quote] So if I understand correctly, you opened CMD and then typed in "net view" (two words?), hit enter and you then you saw all your network computers again? Is that correct?

Were you able to access them as well or were additional changes required? If so, could you spell those out possibly?

Problem is people are talking about (and using) new features and my computer wont update.
this is the version with the new (albeit) minor updates:

but this is my screen: Has been stuck on 45% for days.
