Ok installed KB3139907 but failed to install cumulative update KB3140743. *Confused

Now trying again. *Huh

 

Mine seems stuck on downloading at 90% too, grrrr. Did others see a long pause at this point too? Is it best to wait it out or what is best action course?

both downloaded and installed onto my desktop with no problems but as doing a backup have to wait to do a restart
