Windows 10: Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems broke my Lenovo Laptop...

Anyone else run into a similar problem?

I haven't been using my Laptop much till recently, and I was behind on Windows Updates. When I updated to Version 1909, My Lenovo Camera stopped working, Black Screen Hardware ID: USB\VID_174F&PID_14E6&REV_0926&MI_00.


I've updated drivers of the camera, The USB Root Hub USB3.0 it's connected too, and the IntelR USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver.


Still no luck. I had a picture prior to the update, and was able to Facetime, but now the picture is just a black screen. I tried uninstalling the update, and uninstalling the camera and reinstalling, still nothing..

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.
