    Had this issue just this day while trying to update everything on my laptop. I successfully downloaded and installed the .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 11 but a few issues arose but somehow it managed to fix itself. But the Cumulative Update for Windows never seemed to make any progress. It keeps getting stuck at 5% download, then instantly jumps to 25% installed, then to 35% installed. But it doesn't fully finish installing and even if I keep retrying, it still won't work. I tried quite a few fixes, such as searching the system for any missing files and other stuff, but none of them s
