Windows 10: Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5019509 messed up...

Hi.I ran the above update last night and I've checked my update history to confirm this and also checked there's no further bug correction update patches to run and it's removed all my folders, files, etc from my D: drive.Fortunately, I've synced to Google Drive and I can also see my current folders and files in:* my regular user profile in C:/Users; and* the Program Files x64 folder in my C: drive.How do I restore things back to my D: drive? Searches I've done suggest not just to copy them across in case I'm in a glitchy temporary profile that Windows later deletes. Things I've done so f

Tabs not appearing in Explorer after Cumulative Update KB5019509 (Windows 11)

Hi, as the title states, I don't have tabs in explorer after update Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5019509),

which I found weird, since this Windows Update article states that tabs in Windows Explorer is a feature in this update. I've tried restarting after updating my system and restarting explorer.exe in task manager, but after these steps I still don't have tabs. Can someone help me through this?
