    I had been stuck at 46% downloading so I rebooted, uninstalled KB3197356 and re-ran the installation or KB3194798 which took longer than usual but just completed. Starting a reboot right now. I'm not sure if uninstalling KB3197356 had anything to do with the issue.

    Downloaded and installed here on 1st machine just fine, 5-10mins does not appear to be a large update as it didn't take long to apply etc.

    Tried about 1 PM EST and got stuck at 46%...So i rebooted the computer, then re-checked for updates and it said it couldn't install previously and would i like to try again? I hit re-try and this time it was able to download all the files and install....
    I'm running it now and it seems fine...

    Damn its Slow i have a 500/500 MB Fiber Optic IC and its only at 67% started 3 hours ago in the mean time i have dl several Linux the new android x86 ISO and so on about 50 GB have i dl took me 5 mins running all at the same time *Sad but this update takes forever and my pc is having really bad performance mouse is jerky screen tearing and so on
