    windows 10 auto update and update asst

    I am running windows 10 home version 1511, build 10586.679. Windows auto update continues to try installing cumulative update kb3205386 with error code 0x800703f8. Last update installed was on 11/12/16 kb315051. Also windows update assistant will only
    install a upgrade to 47% and then puts version 1511, build 10586.679 back running again. In the start menu I get suggestions to please update that my computer is running a older version. But at this point I can't update nor can I get a upgrade. I need remote
    access help please. Thank You
