Windows 10: Cumulative Update KB4022715 Windows 10 v1607 Build 14393.1358

I got this on my laptop computer (but not my desktop on the same updates) for four straight days, though I normally hung at 2 or 3 oercent rather than your five. Tried rebooting (but not a cold boot), tried unchecking and rechecking the boxes that allow Update to search for other program updates, tried the Microsoft Troubleshooter. Nada. Nada. Nada. Began to get a little worried because it was failing on the KB.....15 update and never getting to those updates in line behind it, including for example a security update for Adobe Flash player.

So considered taking it in for some expert to look at, but then decided hey, just go to Download Windows 10 and skip all this, just force straight to Windows 10 Creator Update (1703). Did that. Took a while, of course, but the 1703 upgrade went fine. Then I ran Windows Update for Build 1703, it found a couple things (including a security update for Adobe Flash Player), and they updated fine. So forget it, KB4022715, I didn't need you and went right on by you
