I'm waiting on reboot, everything went ok. Now it's taking long time to reboot. I'll let you know.

wifi does not work after installing update.

I am running Windows 10 Home

Ver. 1607

OS Build 14393.1480

Last successful update: Cumulative update for 1607 (KB4025339)

I have run the network trouble shooter. It suggested I update the drivers. I have updated the drivers.

I did not try the update manually.

I could not trouble shoot other methods because the computer was off-line.

Windows 10 Freezing

• Here's the OS build: 14393.1480

• Last update is on 8/7/2017, the laptop does not have this update at all. The last update on the laptop was 2017-07 Cumulative Update for Win 10 v1703.

• This update is called Microsoft.net Framework for Win 10 v1607 and Win Server 2016 for x64 (KB3186568)

• Yes, it only occurs when performing tasks that require internet connections

 

Same here, whilst I am still baffled at not getting creators update pushed to this machine yet over three months after release I am getting the v1607 updates fine and they are creating no problems. This seems a safe update, like Czechers it took a long time to reboot but all looks good in the aftermath

Very,very long reboot time -- I thought something was hung in the computer.

 

Just got this update but it fails install error 0x80070564. I started thread in the Installation & Upgrade section of the forum

 

Gee, I thought I was the only one who had not yet been offered win creators. I received one 'permissions' download for creators but no download since.

 

I thought it was hung also. The download was really slow, and then the reboot was too. Must've been a huge download. But it all finally went in OK.

 

Windows Update downloaded and installed this successfully today. Took a few hours since I was on a metered connection...
