Support (and updates) for Windows 10 Version 1507 (i.e., the version released on 29 July of 2015) ended on 09 May 2017 [Yes, despite that fact that KB4022727 (OS Build 10240.17443) was released on 13 Jun-17 and KB4032695 (OS Build 10240.17446) was released
on 27 Jun-17.]

TRANSLATION: No more updates of any kind unless you're running Windows 10 Version 1511 or higher.

OPTION A: Wait a few more days then see if the next cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1507 [assuming there is one] is offered to the computer
via Windows Update (on or after 11 July) and successfully installs - and if so, wait & see if any/all prerequisite updates for Windows 10 Version 1607 (Anniversary Update) successfully install
via Windows Update - and if so, wait & see if the Anniversary Update (and then the Creators Update) is offered & successfully installs
via Windows Update. [1]

unable to update to KB3185611

The update you have listed is for Windows 10 v1507 released in July last year. The latest stable build is Anniversary update released August 2. Any reason why you haven't upgraded to that?
