KB4041691 won't install

I have a Dell Inspiron 5559 running 64-bit Windows 10 Home V1607 OS build 14393.1715.

KB4041691 downloads, the updates window in Settings reaches the stage with the "Install now" button, I click it, KB4041691 won't install and returns error code 0x80070002 ("...some files in the Windows Update are missing, even though the update is
downloaded and extracted successfully)". Rinse and repeat, over and over.

How do I stop this?

Hello guys. I just did this update. No problems so far, really fast one tho. No flash update, not sure why. Maybe there is no one this month.

This one from release notes is an interesting one:

Addressed issue where USBHUB.SYS randomly causes memory corruption that results in random system crashes that are extremely difficult to diagnose.

I can see it's also present in patch for 1703 release.

 

Just updated to the latest build with no issues. V1607 has been great for my older notebook. Now let's see what CU 1703 has to offer later this month...
