Discus and support Cumulative Update KB4043961 Build 16299.19 for PC in Windows 10 News to solve the problem; Had that same problem with Skippy.     Pretty much confirms it if leaking in the press. Just searched and see nothing official from MS yet. Any which way, it's getting close. Waiting for the ISO on the Insider or the MCT portal.

    you can now select release preview ring in insiders settings which would indicate that this is rtm. Windows 10 central says its rtm and theres no watermark

    Both test machines updating now (download and initial install phases occurred hands-off, trouble-free last night). Will report further should any issue manifest.

    If you mean "Just fixes, apps, and drivers", then yes. A sure indication too is that there is no update history. At least on mine.

    I wonder if Apple will write one. One would think they would. Not everyone can afford nor will some choose to pay $1k for an iPhone nor the prices of these: iPad - Compare Models - Apple

    That's not to say that some of these OEM Windows devices are getting to be pricey too. *sarc

    My guess is that 16299.{something} will be RTM.
    But the {something} may be a number higher than 15 *Wink

    Doesn't evey cumulative update have a .xx higher than the last one? In this case, 16199.15 is current, so the next CU should be .15+?
