Discus and support Cumulative Update KB4103721 Update Failure in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; I am facing with an incessant black screen with the mouse busy icon during the reboot after this update.     Cumulative Update KB4103721 Update Failure


    I am facing with an incessant black screen with the mouse busy icon during the reboot after this update. I cannot use Ctrl+Alt+Del to do anything. The power button was used to stop the desktop PC several times before the Windows Safe mode can be invoked. I have tried to restore previous version WITHOUT any success. Fortunately, I do have an Acronis backup to restore my Windows 10 Home system C drive. However, the update will auto run before, I can stop the Windows Update services panel. Maybe, I should disconnect the LAN before rebooting from my backup restore, huh? I am not rebooting anytime soon because I saw the PC will update automatically.
