Windows 10: cumulative update KB4532693 was reported to be removed, however it's still pending download

I have heard that the cumulative updates KB4524244 and KB432693 were causing big errors, so they were removed. However KB432693 is still pending download on my device in picture below. I paused updates so it wouldn't download, but it's still there waiting. How do I remove it? I know how to uninstall it from the uninstall updates menu but I don't want to risk that because I've heard that isn't fixing the update issues, and I don't want to go into the system files either. https://techdator.net/windows-10-update-microsoft-removed-the-kb4532693-update-after-several-complaints/ this is where I heard it was removed

2018-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 pending download

I tried that and after reboot, it said Windows was up to date on the restart. Then I checked for updates again and got this:

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.
