Windows 10: Cumulative Update KB5013624 - app load, keyboard entry, and internet access all not...

I had been delaying my updates and pushing them out to avoid the update to Windows 11 because my IT guy said it would cause problems. I missed my date to delay updates again and the updates started. It completed Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 & 4.8 for windows 10 Version 21h1 for x64 KB5013624. The windows 11 updated suspended at 53% for an unknown error. I have rebooted the computer multiple times since then, sometimes in a forced off button because the computer was so unresponsive. Simple things like my google calendar wouldn't load as a side bar to my gmail. Basic se

Accessing the entries in a jumplist with the keyboard

The make and model have nothing to do with it. My jump lists still appear when I right click on the task bar or press win+ alt+ num. However, I used to be able to access the files and folders pointed to a jump list with the keyboard key cleaning to the first
letter in its name. For example, if I had every pinned the eBay website to internet explorer, after activating internet explorers jump list, I could press the e button to highlight the jump list entry for eBay and then press the enter key to open the eBay
site. In practice, this allowed me to access any frequently used file or folder in my laptop with just 5 keystrokes no matter what window I was in, so removing it has greatly hindered my productivity.
