Windows 10: cumulative update KB5018418 triggering blue screen of death when closing laptop screen

Update installed. However when I closing the screen of my laptop, it won't hibernate but triggering a blue screen to instruct close the computer manually. It would be dangerous during summer for the chips overheat when users put their laptop into bag or backpack.

If anyone happens to know the error called "DRIVE_IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS" please let me know. It says that on the blue screen of death I call it.
