Windows 10: Cumulative Update Preview and feature updates interferes with internet connectivity until...

I am wondering why I get reports of computer slowdowns and connectivity issues every time a Cumulative Update Preview or feature updates are waiting to be downloaded and installed? After the install everything goes back to normal. It has become my first question replacing "Have you tried restarting your computer?" I have confirmed this on my systems as well. does anyone know why, and is there a way to avoid it? Simpton:1 Captcha interfaces are hidden from view. So, no secure pages are available that use Captcha.2 Streaming is slowed down or stopped all together3 general slow response times

Intel E5200 Gets Updated, R0 Stepping Coming Up

Intel's Pentium Dual-Core E5200 processor is getting on course for a specifications update. The chip will feature in a new, improved Wolfdale-2M core, spec'd out as the R0 stepping, from its current M0 stepping. The new stepping is intended to add new instructions, power-management features, and bring about changes in the chip-package. A short list of known changes is as follows:

• CPUID changed from 10677 to 1067A
• Power State Indicator (PSI) support with Intel 4 series chipsets
• New instructions - XSAVE and XRSTOR
• New S-spec and MM numbers
• New halide-free chip package

Due to the changed CPUID, users may require BIOS updates to detect the CPU. According to the company, E5200 R0 should be out by April 13.

AND for Poor People in POOR countries with poor internet speed and budget /bandwidth problems

10 x 100mb downloads spread out over time for these people may be do'able
1x 1 gig cumulative Download may in those circumstances be not possable

Not Every one has or can afford mega Bandwidth for these mega updates

ESPECIALLY IF MICROSOFT'S UPDATE fu&KS YOUR pC and your left to redownload
