Windows 10: Cumulative update stuck at 0%

I checked for an update, two updates came first update installed completely fine but the second one 2024-10 cumulative update preview for windows 11 version 24h2 for x64-based systems kb5044384 stuck at 6% so I restarted and it showed up but it was stuck at 0% I tried running Windows Update diagnostics, restarting many times, I waited but it was stuck at 0% I tried running command centre I scaned it sayed that it fixed it but it didn't I even tried installing the update manually but copying files took so long so I cancelled it I watched many Youtube videos nothing worked I restarted the PC
