    problem I am stuck with having is with windows update it keeps on searching for updates but does not stop all settings seem to be cop

    running window update from two places the start menu and the desktop control panel windows update. windows update just keeps searching for updates and does not stop. I have looked at all the settings choose how and when to install updates but nothing seems to work. I have run this program called belarc advisior and I know I am missing some priority installed Microsoft updates as well as some hotfix updates the list is long how do I take care of this
