Windows 10: Currupted .NET is missing files, how do I reinstall?

Hey, so my computer had a curruption that is now mostly fixed, but there's one problem:The curruption deleted files from the .NET framework, versions 3.5 and 4.8I've seen many times people tell me to go to "control panel -> Programs -> Turn windows features on or off -> turn off .NET -> restart computer"but that didn't work, and .NET won't install again because there's an existing version of the .NET framework, but this version is currupted and missing nessecery files.If anyone knows how can I either restore all missing files or delete and reinstall the .NET framework it would be a

my 6600 shows 'file currupted' to all symbian apps. (.sis format apps.) when i go to install it from file manager !

what should i do to install my apps. ?

.Net C++ SFC DISM System Reset all FAIL

That is the thread that led me to troubleshoot .NET framework. I uninstalled 2005 & 2008 C++, x64 and x86, and tried to reinstall. All versions fail to reinstall.

The response listed as the "answer" on that thread is incoherent. It is missing information between steps 2 and 3.
