    Curser flashing, running, when opening windows


    We have a relatively new Intel PC running Windows 11 Home and have been experiencing an annoying problem lately.When opening browser and windows the curser flashes and runs to the right.We can't type and the windows themselves do not display correctly.I have scanned with Avast and found no infections.Have removed and reconnected usb mouse and usb keyboard yet the problem persists.Anyone have any experience with this? Is it driver/hardware realted?Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Windows 10 erratic curser

    My curser has just started to become erratic. I use a Logitech wireless mouse or the touchpad on a Dell laptop. From time to time the curser will have a mind of its own and bounce around the display by itself and flash very quickly. Neither the mouse nor
    the touchpad will regain control of it and I have to force a shut down of the computer. I'm running Windows 10 with the latest update as of December 2019. Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.

    flashing curser W 10

    updated my PC from W/ 8.1 to Windows 10. did not work , curser flashed all the time, took advice still flashing.

    Removed and went back to 8.1 but now can not get updates, just keeps asking me to upgrade to no. 10.
