Windows 10: Curser flickering,touchpad not working,selecting texts automatically sometimes.

My touch pad, ever since a windows 11 update, has been acting weird, I use a mouse usually but sometimes the cursor just started shaking, the only way to stop it is by closing the laptop. It is happening many times betweenmy work. I use my touch pad sometimes so I can't fully disable it. It is a huge inconvenience and it makes me dizzy whenever it happens. I have tried running every single trouble shooter that is int he windows menu can there is none saying touch pad, none of them worked. Is there a way to fix this?????and also I tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers but it also didn't

file explorer scrolling automatically and touchpad curser auto select

in file explorer when trying to view anything the page just keeps scrolling back to the top. For instance I go down to the bottom picture and then in a few seconds it scrolls straight to the top again.

I have done as previously suggested and opened in safe mode and the problem is not there, but now I don't know what to do to fix the issue? Can someone help as I am rubbish with tech!!

Also whenever I hover the curser it just auto selects and is driving me mad!!! I have also done as suggested and changed touchpad options but everytime the laptop is shut down the settings change right back. So I then rolled back the driver as suggested
in a thread and that worked, but now it has started again after 2 days!!!

Getting really really frustrated with these 2 issues as a simple 2 min job is taking me 10 minutes!!

curser keeps flickering

why does my curser start flickering sometimes and not others? i have had tech support help before and reinstalled drivers but it keeps coming back to flickering again. when it flickers it closes things that are open extensions ect

 

Touchpad gestures NOT working

Hi Abuzar,

Your touchpad drivers might be outdated or corrupted. I would suggest that you update the touchpad driver. Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key and X together and select
  Device Manager.
• Locate the touchpad driver.
• Right-click on the touchpad driver icon and click Update Driver software.
• Click on Search automatically for Updated driver software option.

If the driver for Windows 10 is not available, download and reinstall the latest touchpad drivers from the manufacturer website.
