Windows 10: Cursor are moving automatically in Taskbar of Windows 10.

Hi All,I am using Windows 10 Professional Operating System. The issue is that cursor are moving in the Task bar automatically and at that time ,I am not able to control the cursor.Suddenly, it is happening and i don't know what is the root cause of this issue.Looking forward for your immediate reply and response.ThanksPradeep.R

Moving the taskbar

You can customize your taskbar to pin your favorite apps to it, move it to where you want to display on your screen, and specify how taskbar buttons group together when you have more than one window open. To address your question, we suggest
that you follow these steps on how to move your taskbar to a different location on the screen:

• Open Settings and choose Personalization.
• Select Taskbar.
• Under Taskbar location on the screen, click the drop-down menu and select
  Bottom.

1. Is this issue specific to a particular game or for all games?

For your information, usually the taskbar appears when you move the cursor. If it is appearing continuously, then it might be conflict with the software. Restarting the Computer might fix the issue.

I suggest you to double mouse click on the game window when the Taskbar appears and check if it works.

Also, suggest you to select the Lock the taskbar option from the taskbar from the below steps:

1. Right click on taskbar.
2. From the list of option, click on Lock the taskbar option.
3. Restart the computer.

How to drag and move the taskbar on Windows 10?

Sorry to know that you are unable to move the right side vertical boundary of Start menu. I will certainly help you.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it resolves the issue.

Step 1: Right click on the Task bar
and uncheck the option Lock the Taskbar and then try to drag and move the Taskbar to the location you wish.

Step 2: If above step fails, right click on Taskbar and click on
Properties.

Taskbar and Start Menu Properties window opens, select the location under the drop down menu of
Taskbar location on screen.
