    Cursor changes to "I" when in taskbar Windows 11


    I recently performed a factory reset on my Lenovo Yoga 940C laptop. Now when I move the mouse into the taskbar area for example, to launch a program, the cursor turns into an I. It also does this in a text field such as in this box which I don't believe it did before. The rest of the time it is the normal pointer that I want. I went into settings > text cursor per one suggestion but text cursor indicator was already turned to "off." I don't remember changing anything before to make it how I had it and liked it, but something was reversed upon the factory reset.

    The feature is called Taskbar preview and is not supposed to remain open after you remove the cursor from the icon. So it is working proper when it closes preview once the cursor is removed from the Taskbar icon.

    EDIT: I have seen Taskbar preview stick and stay open before myself even after the cursor has been removed but that not suppose to happen and I don't know for sure why it happens in the first place but I'm guessing it has to do with memory running low .....
