Windows 10: cursor file

i find some cursor file in my local machine like this "C:\Windows\Cursors\aero_pen.cur" when i open it in visual studio2022 , it's first size is 128 * 128, like the picture. but when i open some file like this "C:\Windows\Cursors\aero_person.cur", it 's first size is 32 * 32, i want to know what's different in those two file and how to control it

cursor dissappeared

Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Notepad automatically opening when ABA file downloaded

We suggest that you follow these steps to uncheck the Always open this type of file:

• Right click on an ABA file.
  
• Hover your mouse cursor on Open with and select Choose another app.
• Uncheck the Always open this type of file and click on
  OK.
