Windows 10: Cursor "flashing" and buggy when doing certain tasks

I don't know how to describe this bug as I have tried multiple keywords. None of which have solved my problem as of late or accurately described it.I will try my best to describe it anyway. This bug occurs when the cursor changes between different sprites/images. Between the transition for a split second I see an enlarged, grainy version of the cursor resize image before going back to normal, sometimes other images depending on what I'm doing. Sometimes it can also be a tiny image of the default cursor image to the far right. I can replicate this multiple times in the same area. Most notably I

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

cursor dissappeared

Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

Do you have any other suggestions?
