Windows 10: Cursor freezes , doesnt click chrome tabs, and autoscrolls.

My cursor freezes automatically and the middle mouse button autoclicks, scrolls down. Thought this was a driver issue, so I did a neat format. Updated all the drivers. The technician says it's a HARDWARE problem not a software., the entire keyboard is causing this. How's this possible ?

Is the Task Manager startup tab pic you posted, the before or after the Clean Boot?
If that's after, you missed a couple of steps in the tutorial.

As previously mentioned in post #13, please click & drag on the columns such that we can read all of the content.
Also, please click on the status column to sort with enabled at the top. There should be very few, if any, showing as enabled.
This is the whole point of a Clean Boot. Don't worry, we can adjust settings after the test.

I truly would like to see the startup tab with almost everything disabled.







Please review steps 3 & 5 below. If the Task Manager startup tab pic is from before the Clean Boot, please repeat the test and post the after results as listed above. Thanks.

 

Chrome keeps freezing on Windows 10

• Is this happening on other browsers as well (e.g. Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox)?
• Does the issue persist only on a specific website or it occurs on all websites?

Cursor freezes with Windows 10 when computer has hibernated the cursor will not start up.

Since Switching to windows 10 my cursor freezes when the laptop sleeps and doesnt wake up. I have to force a close and restart to get it to work. Any suggestions for a fix?
