Windows 10: Cursor glitch when scrolling up to videos youtube, twitch, etc.

There is a big issue that all of a sudden started occurring for me. Whenever I scroll up to a video from the comment section on YouTube or from the bottom of a twitch page my cursor starts glitching and the video starts duplicating stacking on one another. Its not a YouTube or Twitch bug because it does this on everyvideo on every site. This starting happening after I did the 1909 Windows Feature update.

my videos stream are lagging (youtube and twitch)

i need help. when i watch youtuber videos or twitch video keeps lagging even when i lower the quality of the source (130p). the audio is fine (now) the video isn't in sync with the audio and just jumps where the audio is.

my windows is up-to-date

so is my anti virus

just fixed my problem with my audio

chrome is the only active on my screen.

i don't know what to do

i use windows 10

lenovo yoga 520

i5 8th with mtx 900

1.6hz 1.80ghz 8gb ram

When on YouTube video box glitches out, help?

I have been on YouTube to see videos, and when watching certain ones the screen goes like so:






And that's not all, when I scroll or refresh the page, it won't stop and scrolling makes the box, well, (How do I say this) copy everything I see into it?


Sort of like when an error box appeared in Windows XP when you dragged it around it left a trail?
It's a similar effect, check the picture to see.

Every time this happens either it's all black and white squares cover the corners, or the video box shrinks into a slim type of thing and has the same squares.

Please move this to the right section if you are an administrator, I felt like this was a graphics problem.

scrolling down youtube page JUMP BACK UP!

Hi just so I'm clear . 1, it happens on the side of the page(not on a preview video) when i first go onto, it goes up and down rapidly(not wanting to scroll down)2 Also I can confirm that i have tested it a bit and it jumps back up (to the top of the page)after
i have moved the pointer on a video . I am not clicking anything but just the pointer on a preview video, then it jumps back up to the top of the page. It doesn't happen on any other video site, only on youtube. I thought it might be the fact i use '1 click'
on my mouse (no double click')but that also isn't it.

• Was it working properly before? yes .

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?- reinstalled nvidia graphics drivers

• When did this issue start? perhaps after the new 'preview videos 'came on youtube

• Does this happen in other video streaming websites? none
• this does not happen on ie , it seems Chrome itself maybe the problem. I would rather use chrome for my main browser, ie isn't my cup of tea
