Windows 10: Cursor has disappeared. Fn + f3 won't work

What the title says.fn + f3 won't work and enable touchpad isn't showing in settings. My computer is a Gateway Windows 10

Disappearing Cursor

My cursor disappeared after I download the last two updates, I try to correct the problem using suggestions (FN+F5, FN+F7...) it didn't work. I deleted the last two updates and now a reappearance of the much-needed cursor.

Change what Fn + f3 and Fn + f4 do

At the first time I use my new laptop ( ASUS A455LA, Win. 10), the Fn+f3 and Fn+f4 combination is empty (no command to do). One day, I press Fn+f3 and the computer ask me what kind of command to do, I choose to open Google Chrome.
The problem is, I accidentally choose the same thing to do with fn+f4 (also to open Google Chrome) and I want to change it like Fn+f4 = open Windows Media Player. Is it possible to do? How?
