    cursor highlighting anything i scroll over


    whenever i scroll my cursor over my apps on the taskbar at the for like a millisecond it'll highlight the app and show the name as if my cursor is still on it when its not, its starting to really annoy me too, is there anyway i can fix this?

    scrolling bad

    New event. When placing cursor over a list or row of columns, even the volume bar scrolling is automatic and proceeds to one end of the series and stops. The scrolling also stops when I move the cursor away from the list but am unable to select anything in the list. Not all the possible lists are effected. Other sites have recommended mouse/kb fixes. Have tried all those but the phenomena persists. Have not had any known updates recently and don't have a restore point to try. Any other suggestions? W10Pro 1903

    highlight and scroll

    Hi Andre,

    My laptop is an HP Spectre x360.

    I tried adjusting the settings like you suggested, but I can't get it to work.

    I can get it so that I can click and highlight what I see on screen, but I can't get it to scroll down further. When I reach the bottom of the page instead of scrolling down it just stops.

    I hope this makes sense

    scrolling whilst highlighting text

    Whenever I highlight e piece of text ready to copy it and it runs of the bottom of the page, The browser wont scroll for me when I drag my cursor to the bottom of the page. Its very frustrating because other programs are not doing it either.

    please help
