Windows 10: Cursor keeps freezing on my acer aspire es 15 laptop

Hi. Ive been having a very annoying problem with my cursor freezing, meaning I have to turn off the laptop and reboot to get the cursor moving again. I use a wireless acer mouse. i removed it and just used the touch pad to control the cursor to see if it was the mouse that was causing the problem. This didnt work as it froze again without the mouse being connected. Any ideas how to clear this fault or is it new laptop time.

My "Acer Aspire ES 15" laptop with Windows 10 pre-installed, does not let me turn off secure boot

I have installed Linux Mint 18 on my Acer Aspire ES 15 laptop which has Windows 10 pre-installed on it. But, I am not able to boot into the Linux OS as the machine is always booting into Windows 10 automatically.
I went into the UEFI firmware settings, but not able to select the "secure boot" option to turn it off.

How can I dual boot into Linux and Windows as required? Please advise.

Acer Aspire E 15 shut down problem

Hello everyone, I have Acer Aspire E 15 laptop bought a year ago. I'm encountering a problem regarding shut down. While I go start up and click the shut down or restart button. My laptop does not shut down or restart. Please help suggest me some effective
solutions regarding this problem as soon as possible.
