Windows 10: Cursor keeps looping blue circle when not hovering over anything

    Cursor keeps looping blue circle when not hovering over anything


    After updating to the newest Insider Beta channel version, my idle cursor keeps looping the blue loading icon. Other cursors such as Text Select work fine, only the normal icon has this problem. How do I fix it?

    Blue circle on the cursor keeps blinking all the time

    The blue circle on the cursor keeps flashing all the time , having read all the threads nothing worked on my Lenovo Ideapad .

    Thank you for being part of Microsoft Community.

    • Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
    • Do you get the Blue circle when you are working on a particular application?
    • Which anti-virus program is installed on the computer?
    Perform the steps suggested by ZMM2 on July 24, 2013 and check if it helps.
