    Hello, I've been having an issue recently, where my mouse cursor would lock its frame rate to the focused program. Whether it's a game or not, it locks it, which never happened to me before..How do I fix this, and why is this happening?Also, Hardware Acceleration Scheduling is nowhere to be found in my settings, if you could also help me out with that I would greatly appreciate it
