Windows 10: Cursor not able to cross from 3rd to 4th monitor

Hello, I have had this issue since I've had and built this computer of mine, where the cursor fails about 50% or more of the time crossing between the 3rd to 4th monitor. The cursor does not display this issue when passing from the 2nd to 4th, and have tried fixing it in various ways. I have had a more temporary fix involving AMD's Eyefinity feature option provided by their adrenaline software as it fixes the issue entirely but due to new display problems regarding the recent changes to my computer's hardware setup Eyefinity now duplicating displays instead of extending them, I have had

Cursor "cross" is transparent

Here's an update from my end:

This only happens on my laptop screen when it is plugged into a second monitor.

• If Excel is on the second monitor, then the cursor cross is white.
• If the laptop isn't plugged into the second monitor then the cursor cross is white.

I think the same happens on all Office applications - certainly PowerPoint as well.

From this ^^above, I doubt it is an Excel setting. Not really sure where to start looking for a fix. The issue is that it impedes the use of the application as you keep losing where the damn cursor is.

Thanks for your response Ramon. I was going through your questions and when I disconnected and reconnected the 3rd monitor the cursor started working! Don't know why I didn't think of that. Appreciate your help!

It appears that you're having problems regarding your cursor on your third monitor. For us to effectively assist you with your concern, we would like to know the following:

• When did you start experiencing this problem?
• Did you make any changes to your computer prior to the issue?
• Have you tried using a different mouse?
• Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting your third monitor?
• Do you have another monitor that we can you use as third display, and see if the issue persists?
