  1. Cursor not moving to other monitor unless I alt + tab

So whenever I load up a game I'm unable to access my other monitor whatsoever unless I alt + tab, which completely destroys the purpose of having multiple screens. Whenever I'm not in a game my monitors work fine, it's just whenever I load one up, I cant access my second monitor, at all. I can't seem to find a fix for this so please help

    :)

  2. alt-tab with "activate window by hovering" always moves mouse to centre of primary monitor

I have hand mobility issues and have tried to reduce clicking actions by enabling "Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse" in
Control Panel -> Ease of Access -> Make the mouse easier to use

This feature is working fine. However, when I press alt-tab to switch to a different window, the mouse cursor "snaps" to the centre of the dialogue containing the alt-tab window list and stays there. This happens whether I press alt-tab once, or press and
hold alt-tab to cycle between multiple open windows.

My understanding is that the correct behaviour is to snap the mouse to the centre of whichever window was focused
after the alt-tab operation is complete. Instead, it's just staying in the middle of the primary monitor.

I tried creating a new user account and the issue still happens under that account. I have not tried resetting my PC, in the hopes a less invasive solution might be available.

I am running Windows 10 version 2004. It is a SurfaceBook 2 connected to two external monitors using Surface Dock. The alt-tab behaviour
works as expected when only operating on the built-in display. How do I get this behaviour to work in the multi-monitor setup as well?

    alt tabbing increases system performance?

Skyrim doesnt work correctly you alt tab, but if you alt tab to it again while the screen is black, it loads up with the windows cursor over the top. If i repeatedly do this, eventually it fullscreens properly without issues. Slightly weird.

  4. Cursor not moving to other monitor unless I alt + tab

Problem with my right side monitor moving apps to the primary monitor when alt tabbing out of a game

no its not ticked, the problem isnt that icons are moving, its that say i have a website open on my right side screen, if i alt tab out of a game thats in fullscreen, it will move the website to the primary monitor and then when i alt tab back into game
it will move whatever is displaying on my primary screen to my right hand side monitor, but if i go to display settings and tell the computer that the config of my monitor is on the left not the right it wont do that, it will only do it to what ever screen
is located to the right of my primary one, if that makes sense
