Windows 10: Cursor pauses on touch screen when using drawing tablet

I'm using a Surfacebook 2 with Windows 10


I very recently started using a drawing tablet and when trying to draw, I can't make fine adjustments because the cursor will essentially pause until I move the pen a small distance from the center at which point it jumps from the center to that point. This means that something like a small circle or other fine movement isn't possible unless I blow whatever I'm drawing up to a massive size.


What is this and how do I turn this off? I already turned off "Press and hold" under the Pen and Touch settings but while the small circle is gone, the pause effect still persists

Computer won't recognize tablet monitor as touch screen.

I am an artist and I use my computer alot for art.

For Christmas I was given the Picasso drawing tablet. The screen was nice but the product was misleading, as it is its own tablet, not a drawing pad. This means it can't be used as a screen drawing tablet. So i decided to try to use casting as a way to try
to draw on my computer. Works fine, but i can't use the screen on my touch screen. Which means i cant draw. What a waste. Anyway, i was wondering if there was a way to calibrate the touch screen. I cant go into settings and calibrate because it doesnt recconize
my tablet as a touch screen.

 

Magnifier tool displays the white touch borders with drawing tablet?


I always have the magnifier tool enabled on Windows 10 Home 64-bit, and the white touch borders (which are usually supposed to be there for a touch screen) only appear upon opening the magnifying glass. When I move my mouse, they disappear.



However, when I start using my drawing tablet (Huion 1409), it is always present on the screen. It wasn't doing this at first, but now it suddenly has this problem as soon as the pen touches the tablet. It will immediately appear and not leave until I remove the pen.　



I want to get rid of these white touch borders from appearing at all (because they weren't doing that at first, I'm not even using a touch screen), can someone please help me do this? Thank you.

Unfortunately these will not work like tablets because every interaction will "draw on it". There are tablet-touch exclusive PCs for that purpose though.
