Windows 10: Cursor problem

Hi,My cursor moves randomly - jittering like - at points after I play games not extensively, just some.I know it is not fault of my mouse as when I disconnect it mid-jitter, the jittering and random movement continues.Previously, I turned off my touchpad and it seemed to solve it for a while. Before, the cursor would randomly move and tons of tabs would open up and random symbols would be typed.I have ran a lot of virus and malware checks on my laptop so it is unlikely that it is that, but I am by no means an expert in anything laptop related so cannot say anything for certain.Any advice wou

Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
