Windows 10: Cursor randomly jumping to the middle of the screen

Hi my cursor jumps randomly into the middle of the screen on my laptop. I have tried different mouses, different usb hubs, trackpad, even when not using, it still jumps to the center of the screen. And I don't know what to do. I even tried searching about the problem but found nothing.

Last week I was going through the list and the 'Clean Boot' seemed to work. But this morning (Monday) the cursor is back to jumping around the screen erratically. It's really hard to work as I need to keep dragging the cursor back to where I need it and
most of the time it's jumps away while I'm trying to move it. Very frustrating!

Cursor jumping issue with Mouse w/o borders....

I really wanted to like this app but unfortunately my cursor will randomly jump back to the Host monitor in the middle of typing on my laptop(1 of the 2 other monitors in my setup).

This is very annoying..

Any suggestions?
