Wacom Tablet Cursor changed to a dot after 1903 update

Updated Win 10 to 1903 yesterday.

Laptop is a 3 month old Dell Precision 7530

I use an Intuos 5 Wacom Tablet with a Pro Pen.

Since the update to 1903 the cursor has changed to a dot when using the Wacom Pro Pen and the Wacom tablet regardless of the application.

When using a mouse or internal laptop touchpad the correct cursor is shown.

I process digital images using Adobe Lightroom Classic CC and Adobe Photoshop CC. If I select a tool in either of these applications the correct tool cursor appears only when I hover over the image. Changes back to a dot when I move off of the image.

I have gone through the Wacom troubleshooting steps which did not solve the problem.

We appreciate you posting your concern here in the Community forum. In order to help you with your Wacom driver issue, kindly follow the steps suggested below:

1. Click the Start button from the bottom left portion of the screen.
2. Once the search field appear, type Services and press
   Enter.
3. In the Services window, scroll down to Wacom Professional Service.
4. Right-click the Wacom Professional Service and choose
   Start.

If the steps above doesn't help, you may try to uninstall and reinstall the Wacom driver without turning off or disabling the Windows firewall. You may also choose to rollback the Wacom driver if it is working correctly before. Use the following steps:

1. Press Windows + R on your keyboard.
2. Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
3. Expand the category you want and right click on the driver and select
   Properties.
4. Navigate to Driver tab and click on Roll Back Driver.

Wacom Tablet problem "Driver Not Found"

These steps worked for me:

Basic steps:

• press windows start button
• type "Services" (don't type the quotes) and press enter
• in Services window, scroll down to "Wacom Professional Service"
• right-click the "Wacom Professional Service" and choose "start"
