Windows 10: Cursor wont stay locked into fullscreen applications or even games that windowed full...

Recently my cursor has been moving from screen to screen without being alt tabbed and the cursor should be locked. Also when i try and play games like Cyberpunk and i move my cursor around it will come off the screen but i would still be moving my character in game until i click where it would bring me to the cursor on my other monitor

Windows 10 4k fullscreen game cursor invisible

I cannot see my cursor in full screen games.

Details:

*Games with superimposed cursors allow me to see the custom cursor

*Windowed games allow me to see the cursor

*If my native resolution is set to anything other than 1080p i cannot see my cursor in fullscreen games

*My monitor is 3840x2160 60hz and my system is set to 3840x2160 60hz (So don't tell me that i should set my resolution to that of my display, because I already have.)

*No matter what in-game resolution i configure to, i cannot see my cursor in-game

*Every game is affected

*3rd party overlays like the steam overlay do not allow me to see the cursor in any fullscreen application

*** Pointer trails are disabled, pointer shadow has been tested both toggled on and off, Enhancements of pointer precision are disabled, Show Pointer Location by hitting Control has been tested both On and Off

*This problem started when i switched to windows 10

*This problem has NOT been solved

I can see my cursor in windowed mode

I can see my cursor on the windows desktop

I can see my cursor in fullscreen games when my system resolution is set to 1080p

I can see my cursor when i have tabbed out of a fullscreen game

I CANNOT see the rings generated by show pointer location by hitting control

I CANNOT see my cursor in fullscreen games by using applications like borderless game

I CANNOT see the windows cursor while a fullscreen game is highlited

windows 7 vs 10 cursor lock in fullscreen apps?

when I try to play games with full screen configuration in windows 10 the mouse cursor will not stay locked to the full screen app like it did in windows 10...this is very annoying as I have two monitors and when I go to turn left my mouse leaves my screen
and when I click it minimizes the app to desktop causing some frustration. is there a way to fix this feature as I know it works as intended but I have no need for such an annoying feature I can simply tab out instead of being lazy and trying to scroll with
the mouse. I play a lot of fps games so games tend to minimize in critical moments and I ve scoured the internet to even get a name for this feature but I cant find anything. Ive read that a few have this problem over on other sites aswell. I just need to
be able to keep my cursor locked to my fullscreen windows application without downloading 3rd part apps. thanks all for the help this has been giving me a headache.
