Windows 10: Custom Cursor Resets after pc shut down or restart

Hello, I have a windows 10 gaming pc No it’s not compatible with Windows 11 and I had seen a previous question about this problem but after following the steps on that question I came to a halt with this problem picture there is no check box for turning off the option like the other post stated. Is this just now a problem windows won’t fix since they no longer update windows 10? Or is there any other possible way to fix this?

Custom cursers reseting to default after restarting the PC

Original Title : Custom Cursor Pointer Not Working Properly After Shutdown/Restart

After shutting down and/or restarting, my custom cursor is there once I log into my PC. However,
only the "Normal Select" cursor is staying. All others ("Help Select", "Working In Background", "Busy", and etc. in the Mouse Properties under Pointers Tab)
are going back to the defaults. I've already disabled ThemeChangesMousePointers by settings its value to 0 in Registry Editor; before I did so, not even the "Normal Select" cursor stayed after shutting down and/or restarting.

Help?

Please keep all the rainbow color looping as they are. It is now perfect. The black border is the best color to use as the outline. It brings a good contrast, making sure that all the colors appears well.







As a reminder, please keep in mind that this cursor set must be suitable for Windows 10 - 19H1 or above, so you must include all the 17 cursor roles in the same set.

As for the animation steps and the number of colors used, make sure that all the 17 cursor roles have all the same colors in the same order and the same animation steps playing the animation at the same speed. Good luck Hopachi and thank you for making this cursor set on my behalf.

 

Random shut down and restart??

Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
E220@2.406hz
2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows xp

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?
