Windows 10: Custom keyboard Unicode is out of range

I created a custom keyboard and added that keyboard to the language Marathi in Windows 10. However, the Unicode range for my custom keyboard is greater than the range of Marathi. How should I fix it so that my custom keyboard works flawlessly in Marathi?

Unicodes and language packs


Several work arounds can be found at http://www.johndcook.com/blog/2008/0...rs-in-windows/

1. as I suggested above, U+(hexcode) Alt-X
2. edit a registry key and hold down the Alt key while entering the code on the numeric keypad
3. download the free utility called UnicodeInput, which pops up with the Alt-+ key

None of these are useful on my Surface Pro virtual keyboard which is missing both the Alt key numeric keypad *Sad

Hello! I'd like to set up an additional keyboard, which will use U+014A/U+014B (from Unicode) and U+00D1/U+00F1 in place of the "v" and "q". . .Any ideas on how to do that?

I tried downloading the Keyboard layout creater, but they said I needed to download .NET framework first, which I did, but it still didn't work.
