Windows 10: Custom PC has startup issues and no fixes work! HELP!

I have a Custom PC running the latest version of Windows 10. It is using a Ryzen 3 1200, Asus ROG Strix B350-F Mobo, GT 710, and a 320GB Boot HDD from WD with a Spanned array as a secondary drive. I mainly use the PC for customer projects and school. I built it 5 Months ago, and it has worked fine. This morning I woke up and tried to boot it and it jumped to an Error: Unknown Filesystem ... Entering Rescue mode screen. I restarted it and ran Startup repair which did nothing. I ran the CMD Prompt with the diskpart commands, which did not work. I tried to do a reset and system restore point which failed. Nothing is working!

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

To assist you better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• Which is the update which is causing your PC issues?
• What .Net error are you getting?
• What happens when you login to Safe mode with networking?

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check how to uninstall and update.

• Press Start and type View installed updates.
• Select the update and right click on it, Select Uninstall.
• Restart the machine and check if the issue persists.
