Windows 10: Customer support problems

When I did the free Win10 upgrade (Home), I had it installed on both my desk and lap top. Somehow recently a automatic up date screwed up my lap top & changed it to Enterprise. Therefore I can't activate Windows Home. When I manage to get support, they never understood what I wanted (to un-install Enterprise & get back my Win10 Home) or did all sorts of stuff (including new installation) but never fixed the problem. They never return scheduled phone calls etc. The virtual agent help site is useless as every time I want to talk to a person & click any of the options, the help screen shuts off. All the phone numbers are automated & just refer me back to the websites! Most of the community "help" is extremely out of date. How do I contact them? They don't supply an e-mail, direct phone etc. o say

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
