Windows 10: Customized Taskbar Links

I have to toggle between multiple SharePoint sites each day. I want to pin a link to each site to the taskbar I don't know how to do this, and I want to customize the icon for each site so that is faster and easier for me to navigate. I have been able to save a link to each site to my desktop, but there is no "pin to taskbar" option when I right click. Thank you.
