    Just purchased a new notebook after several years of not having a pc. It came with windows 10 home edition in security mode. I prefer to customize my settings and am having great difficulty navigating to access any commands that will allow me to accomplish the following:

    1. delete Cortana -- not just hide "her" from view but to permanently and totally disable that feature

    2. omit One Drive

    3. download and re-select another search engine that will allow re-selecting my home page away from msn and its constant news updates

    4. delete cookies and browsing history (delete temporary files) each time I log off the internet (automatically)

    5. disable the alert feature

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
